Can we add our own design templates to our site?
Yes! If you want special or custom template designs added to your site, you may hire Digital Lizard to add them to your site. For design services, Digital Lizard charges $75 per hour. If you want to do some of the design work yourself, Digital Lizard will assist you with how to prep the files. Generally, if you want Digital Lizard to do all the design work, you can expect to pay between $225 and $450 per template. If you do the design work, we can normally add your template for only $75.
Do you provide customer service to my clients?
Yes, if they use the toll-free number on the site or email to support, we will assist them. However, we do not offer step-by-step training to anyone using the site. Our sites are designed for individuals to create their own products and place the order directly through the site. That is how we are able to offer such great prices and commission back to your organization.
What if someone has a problem with materials purchased on our site?
We will be happy to assist them. We offer a guarantee on all of our products. Our complete Terms & Conditions are available for everyone to read prior to making a purchase.
Do we need to create a merchant account for credit card charges?
No. We will utilize the Digital Lizard merchant account to charge clients for their purchases. People who purchase on your site will see “InternetPrintStore.com” on their credit card statement and their invoice that will be included with their product. They will not see the name of your branded web site.
We're based in Canada, can we participate in this program?
Yes! We can ship products via FED EX but we are not providing mailing services through Canadian Post. You may still become an Affiliate but your Fundraising Print Store will not be able to offer mailing services into Canada.
Will Digital Lizard be adding new products, designs and services?
Our current objective is to add template designs to the site to offer a broad range of designs. Our next step will be to add products and services to the current product offering. We will be responsive to your requests. We look to our Affiliates to tell us what your client’s are requesting so that we can offer them exactly what they want and need.
We have never sold print, will we be successful?
Our system offers both consumer and business products and don’t require any technical experience in print or even in sales to be successful. If you are comfortable just promoting your site and asking visitors to see the products and services, you should begin to earn commissions on their sales.
How will people know when their order is going to be delivered?
Our web-based workflow system will track an order through the entire printing, finishing and mailing/shipping process. Once the order is completed and delivered to the United States Post Office or is ready for FED EX pick up, the client will automatically receive an email notification of the orders completion, tracking number and thank you message from your organization and Digital Lizard.
Can we track our commissions daily?
Digital Lizard is currently working on a real-time, web-based order tracking system. Our goal is to have it operational by the Q1 2009.
Who are ideal customers to these Private Label Fund Raising Print Stores?
Any 501(c)3 who has a need to fundraise. The products available through the print store program are suitable for businesses and individuals. This makes it ideal to promote your print store fundraising program to all of your members and supporters.
What is the hardest part of this business?
Your task is to get visitors (and ultimately buyers) to your site. Use your members, newsletters, web site, staff, etc. to promote your site and tell people about the opportunity to support your organization. The products on the site are products that individuals and businesses are buying on a daily basis so they should be amicable to purchasing them from your site as a way to support your organization.
